I oversaw the content design of an order status tracker for Walmart's Spark Driver app.

Delivery drivers for the Spark Driver platform lacked visibility into an order's progress. This caused a significant number of support contacts, low driver NPS, and longer dwell times. After research was conducted, we found drivers wanted more clarity into order statuses.

I managed the content design of a 4-step order status progress bar with copy enhancements and accompanying push notifications.

This enhancement provided delivery drivers current information on their orders, improving driver experience and reducing support costs, dwell time, and pay.
