I oversaw the content design of trip updates for Walmart's Spark Driver app.

When delivery drivers for the Spark Driver platform are delayed in delivering their orders, customers have the option to cancel. These cancellations result in signficant losses of revenue for the business.

As a result, I wrote push notifications and in-app notifications to alert drivers when a potential delay is anticipated, or an order is canceled and rebooked. By sending a driver a nudge, more orders will be delivered on time, reducing customer cancellations.
