I oversaw the content design for Walmart's NTransit app, which is used by third-party carriers who pick up and deliver freight.

My work included developing account creation, permissions, and end-to-end pickup and delivery flows for this 0-1 product. I developed and implemented a content design system to enhance consistency, scalability, efficiency, and user experience.
