Project Description

I oversaw the content design of a new earnings account onboarding experience for delivery drivers using Walmart's Spark Driver app. We introduced 2 additional earnings account options: direct deposit and a third party vendor. This flow featured a value prop screen, user agreements, account setup steps, status cards, and several happy and sad paths.

I collaborated closely with legal and business teams to meet regulatory language requirements.
