I oversaw the content design of a delivery passcode for Walmart's Spark Driver app.

Theft of high-value items costs the business millions of dollars per year. I managed the content design for a passcode feature where delivery drivers confirm the customer's passcode when dropping off a high value item.

This flow included guided steps on how to complete the process, an info tip with helpful pointers, and, in addition to a happy path, a sad path experience where drivers initiate a return if they are unable to input the correct passcode.

This enhancement will mitigate theft and improve customer satisfaction.
